Are you tracking your habits?
There can be good habits and there can be bad habits? These are the little things that we repeat that can move us closer to our goals or away from our goals.
Having a simple way to track our habits can make achieving our goals much easier and accelerate our success.
I like to have a mixture of habits that I track to help me in all aspects of my life; this month I’m tracking my water intake, networking events, 121’s and my social media posts, that leaves room for one more when I work it out later today.
